This Privacy Policy explains how Proviso Review LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use provisoreview.com and app.provisoreview.com (the "Service").

• Account information: your name and email address when you register, including when you sign in with Google.
• Uploaded materials: the invoices and documents you submit for analysis, which may contain information about your law firm, your matters, timekeepers, and billing details.
• Payment information: handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Usage information: basic technical and usage data (such as log data and analysis activity) used to operate and improve the Service.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service; to process the documents you upload and generate analyses and draft correspondence; to manage your account and subscription; and to communicate with you about the Service.

4. AI Processing and Service Providers

To provide the Service, we share information with third-party providers who process it on our behalf:

• Anthropic (AI processing):we transmit the contents of the invoices and documents you upload to Anthropic's Claude API in order to generate the analysis and draft correspondence.
• Supabase: database, file storage, and authentication.
• Stripe: payment processing.
• Vercel: application hosting.
• Google Workspace and Cloudflare: email and infrastructure.

These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and uploaded materials for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and may retain limited records where required by law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data (see Contact).

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Confidential and Sensitive Materials

The documents you upload may be confidential or privileged. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process them, and you should avoid uploading materials you are not authorized to share.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may access or update your account information, and you may request that we delete your account and associated data. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication and to operate the Service.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
